Your new hair will be with you in 4-5 weeks. After your order has been placed, your AJ piece will be sent to our team to be coloured and cut to create your unique style. We will send you updates at each stage of the process and notify you when your parcel has been shipped 😊
Yes, of course! Our pieces are made with (ethically sourced) real human hair so they can be washed and styled as you wish. For more information on how to care for your hair piece, visit the guides & tips section on our website. Please note - we do not advise wearing your wig in chlorine swimming pools as this will remove natural oils and dry out the hair, while also damaging its colour.
Our hair is ethically sourced from the Tonsure Temples in Chennai, India. Each piece is handmade by local wigmakers who are paid fairly. Our suppliers' ethical work practices are part of the reason we choose to work with them. It's also the best quality Indian hair in the business with no silicone coating and no added perversities.
All our pieces come with an adjustable strap so you can alter the size of the piece for a perfect, comfortable fit. If your piece still doesn't fit perfectly, we offer a bespoke resizing of your cap, see bespoke your AJ section on site.
If you pull the adjustable strap so it's nice and snug, you can wear the piece without using tape of glue. If you'd like that extra bit of security, Amber recommends using tape around the edges of your piece.
Your hair piece will arrive in our beautiful bespoke packaging with a cotton bag for safe storage. We will also send a link to our 'how-to' videos for all of Amber's tips and tricks!
Density refers to the thickness of the hair piece. All our hair pieces are 150% in density. They are beautifully thick in the right places, for a full but natural look.
