Our most personal service, bespoke by Amber Jean allows you to create a truly bespoke piece tailored to your hair needs. From cap construction to hair texture, colour to custom hairlines all the way through to precision cutting and styling with our expert team — every detail is designed around your life, your style and your story. Each bespoke wig is as unique as you are.

Prices for our bespoke service start at £1,900 and go up to £3,100 for our most custom styles. Each all-inclusive package covers every detail — from cut, style, and colour to bespoke hair additions, texture and lace matching — with any texture from straight to afro and lace shades hand-dyed to perfectly match every skin tone.

Don't worry if you're not based in the UK, this offering can also be done through our online service perfect for our international customers.

Are the bespoke wigs refundable?

No — they are not refundable, as we work with you every step of the way in designing the piece.

Are bespoke wigs much more expensive than the core collection?

The bespoke piece can be up to £400–£700 more expensive than the core collection, depending on each client’s needs and desired specifications.

Do I need to know what I want beforehand?

It's great if you've had a look on our website prior to your consultation, but you don't have to know exactly what you want. Our experts are here to help and guide you through each of our styles to find what suits you best.

I'm not in London—can I still book a studio consultation?

Absolutely! International customers are welcome to book a studio consultation. We offer virtual appointments via video call, so you can enjoy the full experience and personalised service from anywhere in the world.

Can I bring someone with me?

Absolutely! If you're nervous and would prefer someone comes with you to your consultation for support, they are more than welcome to join you.

We know how overwhelming and confusing it can be, from both a practical and emotional standpoint. We are here to support and guide you every step of the way.
