Brand Marketing Manager - Full Time/Hybrid Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join the Amber Jean team. This role requires a passion for the brand's mission and a deep understanding of the challenges and needs of its target audience. If you are innovative, empathetic, and adept at telling compelling stories that resonate with customers and potential customers we’d love to hear from you.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years marketing experience.
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing campaigns, and influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of consumer trends and markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
- Creativity and ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Project management and implementation.
- Strong communication and storytelling/copywriting skills.
- Up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Proficiency in content creation for various platforms, including social media.
- Strong graphic design and content creation skills are a plus, but not essential.
Key Duties:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the brand's values of joy, creativity, togetherness, continuous growth, and care.
- Lead brand storytelling across all platforms.
- Own the Brand Marketing Calendar, from product launches to key promotional moments.
- Manage email marketing, PR & paid social agencies for new launches, campaigns and activations.
- Manage and oversee all EU & Global pop-ups.
- Organise and oversee promotional events, collaborations, and partnerships that align with the brand's mission to empower and inspire its customers.
- Monitor market trends and research consumer markets and competitors' activities.
- Analyse business metrics/KPI's and generate monthly/yearly reports.
- Manage the Social Media & Content Creation Manager.
- Drive sales revenues for the complete Amber Jean product portfolio.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Brand Strategy: Develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain a robust online community, encouraging customer interaction and feedback.
- Product Promotion: Work closely with the product development team to promote new and existing products.
- Market Analysis: Regularly analyse to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
