Role Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and empathetic Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our Dublin studio. This full-time, hybrid role combines in-studio operational responsibilities with remote administrative and customer service tasks. You will play a key part in ensuring every client has a seamless, supportive, and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the studio diary, bookings, and daily schedule.
- Act as the key point of contact between the Dublin studio and our HQ in London.
- Process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with packing and shipping orders when needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all channels, responding to enquiries with care and professionalism.
- Maintain high operational standards and ensure the studio environment is welcoming and well-organised.
- Complete remote administrative tasks to support overall business operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or studio management.
- Experience in the wig, beauty, or hair industry is a strong advantage.
- Genuine passion for helping clients feel confident and supported.
- Excellent communication and people skills—empathy and patience are essential.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and take initiative.

We’re Looking For
A talented and empathetic full-time wig stylist who can provide an exceptional client experience from beginning to end. You will support clients through their entire wig journey—from consultation to final styling—ensuring they feel confident, understood, and cared for every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, empathetic customer service and build trusting, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop a full understanding of the Amber Jean wig collection and explain options clearly and confidently.
- Create bespoke hairpieces using expert knotting techniques.
- Perform wig adjustments, including cap alterations, adding silk linings, and adding or adjusting ear tabs.
- Cut and style wigs to a professional, high-end standard.
- Lead client consultations and manage all client collections, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Requirements
- Previous experience in wig styling or a related field is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with true empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Expertise in wig cutting, styling, and basic adjustment techniques.
- Knowledge of bespoke hairpieces and knotting methods.
- Ability to manage client consultations and maintain detailed client collections.
- High attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for delivering an outstanding personalised experience.
